Hi! My name is Kris Qiaochu Li.
I am an exhibition and spatial designer with a background in architecture and installation design. My work is centered around designing and visualizing spatial environments, and supporting meaningful interaction within these environments. I believe that creative technology should inspire and facilitate better experiences.
Most recently working as an exhibition designer at C&G Partners, I previously enjoyed interning at the Exhibition Design department at Solomon R. Guggenheim Museum, and as a Production Intern at Storefront for Art and Architecture. I taught as a Part-Time Faculty for creative coding at Parsons School of Design, where I received my MFA in Design & Technology. I am also a freelance designer for the creative studio Superbright. Before diving into the field of installation design, I have worked at creative agencies Tsang Seymour Design and Alexander Interactive (now Cake & Arrow). In 2015, I graduated from Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh with a major in architecture and a minor in design.
